Individual Therapy
Central to my theoretical practice and beliefs as a clinician are
attachment and systems theory. Both theoretical perspectives have
proven to be successful in assisting individuals, couples and
family members to reconnect, develop stronger bonds within the
relationships most dear to them and to develop a greater sense of
self.
Whether I am working with families,
couples or individuals, I strive to build open and trusting
relationships with every client. My goal is to meet clients where
they are in their process and to assist each person in meeting
their individual goals, so that they may live their most
authentic life. It is my belief that within each of us we hold
the answers to those things that hold us back in achieving our
goals and dreams, whether this is due to fears, hurts or old
belief patterns we have integrated into our daily lives from our
childhood, past relationships or other life events.
Many of the individual clients in my practice are seen for the
treatment of traumatic life events, PTSD, addiction, grief and
loss, depression, anxiety, transitional stages in life issues,
and personal growth. I would love to hear from you if you have
questions regarding the work I do or to answer any questions you
may have regarding therapy.
